Pros

Easy to install, but loose fit with connection from car. Tech support is responsive and pretty much spot on. All in all, if you want a tracker with reasonably good results, this is a very reasonable option.

Cons

Device is clunky, slow and looks like they paid someone $5/hr to write all the api calls into google maps for them. Works intermittently. Website also works off and on.
