Pros
The peach recipe works great with mango substituted and i'm clarifying a peach vanilla bean right now.
Cons
The "handcraft winemaking guide" is horrible for beginners. The instructions in the booklet are not clear. Do some research and don’t make this mistake.

Does not come with clear instructions although the book is very helpful but had to watch many videos as we were using fresh grapes from our vines
