The knife is very sharp and carves my meats easily. The fork is very convenient to use while carving a bird or roast.
Cons
Too late to return already embarrassed about gifting. Not a horrid knife but it isn't a good knife either.

I normally use shun knives for cooking but since i would only use a carving set a few times a year didnt want to spend 150 one one

I downgrade it slightly because the box is rather insubstantial and the lostintranslation name means it isnt something one could give as a gift
