Pros
Sprays on and mixes easily with latex paint. Works great in an airless sprayer.
Fireproofing product. Works as advertised! This product is easy to apply but beware.
Cons
Not very impressed. Probably wouldn't purchase this brand again. Do not buy.
The fire retardant is definitely hygroscopic. It leaves a greasy kind of feel that gets on your hands even after several days of hang drying.
