Pros
The newer model is their '1s' unit that's actually a bit smaller in size than the original failed unit. Price is so much better than other brands. Their customer service is very good in my experience.
The battery life is quite good. Haven't had to recharge using about 3 days per week. This is definitely a game changer for at home car because it delivers a deep relief.
The handle of the device is a perfect diameter and wrapped in rubber to make for easy grip while using the massager. The round attachment is the most use i've given it. The handle has a really nice tacky rubber grip.
Cons
Charge port is defective and won't take the cable that came with it. The battery life is less than 30 minutes. Then started having charging problems.
I take back my entire original review and recommend that you get what you pay for and there's a reason why the original manufacturers for these are twice the price. Really disappointed. Avoid this item at all costs.

I impressed with the built quality and the selection of different attachments
I love that it’s rechargeable and after a year of use it still holds a strong battery
So i’ve had this for just a lil over two year and now it no longer holds a charge
We haven’t had it three months and it has already stopped working

Don’t need to pay a lot this works great
All this and i used the coupon option so it was only 39
Still for occasional muscle aches i feel its worth hanging on to since the price wasnt too bad

Customer service was easy to work with and they sent a replacement super quick
I received my package on time and everything arrived so nicely packaged
Update the mebak customer service contacted me promptly and provided a replacement device
I was required to send the failed unit back to them but the rep did right by sending a newer model just a few days after contacting me
Packaging/appearance
Comes in a nice travel case as well
Competitiveness
Price is so much better than other brands
I have compared to several friends guns some of which they’ve paid much more for
