The only thing you have to watch is the ice to water ratio because if you fill it too full of ice and not much water you wont have much water to drink because the ice takes such a long time to melt and thats not a bad thing just wanted to let potential future buyers know

By the time i was 1 or 2 hours into work all of the ice would have melted

It even got to the point where i was upset that the bottle was so well insulated that the ice wasnt melting and it was only ice in my bottle

Only suggestion is to clean off the lip part daily it makes direct contact with your sweaty mouth constantly

It got knocked off a dishwasher onto slate tile floor with only a minor dent and no paint chipping
