Pros & Cons
Pros
These are fabulous speakers. I hope they last as long as my old bose speakers. These speakers are simply sensational.
The sweet sound of electro-motion esl keeps you in the room. As soon as one tune is over, you thinking how is the next one will do. Forget pandora. Closing your eyes and listening to live performances transports you right into the audience.

Martin logan electromotion esl hybrid electrostatic loudspeaker is a great, mainly because it is the first martin logan electrostatic speaker at a price most can afford.
Cons
The gest of it is, you just can't buy good speakers anymore. Like most high end audio these days, the cost simply isn't worth it. Good sounding speakers, but way over priced.

For over 35 years es speakers malfunctions and exorbitant cost restricted me to es headphones
The klipsch i had cost me about half what these did but were by far the weak point in my system
Pls note that price is around usd 1000 or so per speaker not pair
