Pros

The company is an american startup and designed and prototyped in the usa. I believe this company made great strides to over see the product and make quality product. Cs is great to! It is very sharp.

Quality cookware shave away margins of error involved in temperature control, heat distribution, and oven safety. The matte white color looks so sophisticated sitting on my burner, i just love it.

Did a long red wine braise after the third week, and no lingering stain (as in the lodge) afterwards. I typically let it soak, then get after it with non-stick safe sponges and scour pads. It cleans very well.

The handles are easy to use even when encumbered with potholders or oven mitts. The item has weight and i do take care to grasp it firmly and securely as not to smash my glass stovetop. Also can pick up scuffs from rubbing against the other pots.

Will last a lifetime. Use it all the time. It’s exactly what i was looking for!

Cons

Opened the package, found two chips on the inside enamel. Also the inside cover rim has rust spots.

Then i watched marquettes videos with eric slamming steel balls hammers into the enamels

I originally purchased a lodge dutch oven and the enamel chipped away as soon as i took it out of the box

Took a chance on a newer brand on an item that i use a lot

It is of heavy weight similar to other competitors

Needed a larger one than my le cre brand
