The brushes are very flimsy but dont use force to clean

I love this filter but it is really difficult to clean

The stems are too flexible and the bristles cover the sides of the stem but dont extend around the bottom

So when trying to brush out the bottom of the filter it is the base of the stem that hits the plastic instead of bristles
