Very impressed with the structure & how solid it is! Product works great. It’s an excellent bike just what i hoped for but it arrived damaged.

The machine works great but the bottom seat is too far ahead of the backrest and is very uncomfortable. As i begin to pedal, the screen lights up and i can select a progam, however, when i pause pedalling for more than 2 seconds the screen goes black.... Read More

The manufacturer is replacing both parts

It also had a loose battery that is supposed to be in the package of 4 rechargeable that came loose and was bumping around

I had the same issue so i popped the battery cover off the back of the console where the two wires come out and clip together and sure enough there were only 3 batteries one had popped out and fallen down into the console
