Pros

The back weight rack runs very smoothly after spraying a little silicone on the bar it slides on. The barbell rides very smoothly on the track with minimal to no wobble. The range of motion is good and the bar travels smoothly.

The stand is very solid, min vibration-for bench press bar with 200 to 250lbs. The finish and cushions are very nice and appealing. I'm over my initial irritation with the assembly.

The nuts/bolts/washers are shrink-wrapped to 3 or 4 cardboard sheets and numbered. We make sure every nut and washer were in place and tighten. Each bolt is individually numbered.

Cons

Initial review right out of the box is two thumbs down! The material used for the padded areas seems like it won't last long. The company they use is terrible and you won't get it in time. It’s mediocre at best.

The bar rides up an down on guides which prevents natural movement and will get you injured. The bench is kind of skewed. Pulleys work ok but lat pull down is awkward. The weight for the pulley system slides up and down on a square chrome shaft/beam.

Parts in side were dinged, chipped, and scratched. Water and a white chalky powder everywhere inside and all over the parts. Numerous chips and gouges and a couple really rusted parts as well.

Putting this thing together is a time consuming nightmare. Horrible directions. It takes a lot of work to get setup.
