The replacement is great, and exactly what we expected in terms of quality. I’m leaving the original photo, but if you’re reading this far, the customer service is exceptional. Both of my parents use it.

Cons

Base is inflatable, not certain it can withstand pulling of the straps. The inflator broke day 1 as i was trying to inflate the ball to use it. While the ball says 65cm, it only inflates to 55cm, which is a bit too short for my height + desk needs.
