Air is fresh and odorless! This helps me breathe easier than i have in years! Ozone is good, but only at a low level. Great for room disinfection.

It works amazingly well. Well-packed, good literature, simple, clear instructions. Many studies show this type of technology works. I encourage consumers to do their research and come back to this product once they've learned its capabilities.
Cons
Customer service hours are from mon-fri, from 4-6:00 pm only! You only accept customer calls for two hours a day? These have a big problem in the circuit. Replaced the ionizer plates, did not fix.
They work great for about 6 months and bloop they break. You have to hold ur hand right up against it to fill it blowing so it doesn't circulate air at all. Do not recommend. They lose most of their kick after a year.
This is the second one like this that has died. Still looking for satisfaction. Have workedwiththesemachinesfor years so am most disappointed.

Just got it today unboxed it and my first impression is that it just looks like a very highquality item
Its a wooden box with what appears to be stainless steel backing plate which appears to be cncd with vents highquality hardware knobs etc
