The reason for not giving 5 stars was because i wasn’t really impressed with the straps that were given

I tested it out with nothing on top and noticed that the front rack flaps a little over 50mph then i trapped a 6 fiberglass step ladder on top using the straps that are included with the softrack and the flapping went away

There was some noise from vibration caused by the straps on the boards but not nearly as bad as the racks we replaced

I ended up returning them though because i really wanted a kayak rack that i could could just toss my boat onto and go
