Pros
Very reliable easy starter, gives an excellent volume of air with minimum noise and fuss. Prompt delivery and easy to assemble. Easy to start.
Noisy enough to annoy the neighbours, but not noisy enough to annoyance me. It is quieter than a two-*. Overall a quiet and so far good machine with few draw backs.
The machine is as light as any electric blower that i have ever used. Because you can easily adjust the throttle as you use it, it is very much quieter for most of the time.
Mine often starts with minimal choke in warm weather! When starting from cold it usually starts on the second pull of the cord and idles well. Starts first time every time and has an amazingly powerful blow function.
Fuel efficiency is good and re-fuelling is easy with a large fuel cap. Dip stick for oil not the easiest to read but got there eventually.
Cons
The tubes are flimsy and badly fitting and it seems that you would need to put in the fiddly screw on the inlet side each time you want to convert to vacuum. The collection system clogs up easily and quickly, which then forces you to dismantle the * t... Read More

The unit is also very easy and cost effective to service too making it a must for the diy or professional gardener
Competitiveness
On tickover its as powerful as my 36v bosch on full power
Changing from blower to vac is a bit off a faff but once you have done it once or twice it only takes a few minutes to do
Dont bother with try he suction its a faff to fit but the blower is great

I am left handed so the left hand fan intake is not obstructed by my body when i run the machine by my side

Fuel consumption is lower than with my bomb proof stihl bg86 and blowing output is better at full chat the reason for this model being added to our kit list comes down to noise

It is still noisy and you need to wear ear defenders but it is quieter than a twostroke
