Previously i have only used ptfe teflon coated cookware the ceramic coating on these pans has much better nonstick properties when i rinse them off it looks like rain rolling off of a freshly waxed car

One problem i can see off the bat is that the rivets that hold the handle to the pan are not nonstick as such they will be more difficult to clean
