It firms and softens really nice. It is creating noticeable plumpness in the areas that i've been applying it! Also used it on my *. I love everything about this product so far and everybody has noticed my * and hips gettin bigger and wider.

The smell is almost like a mixture of lemongrass and cheap suntan lotion.

I have been using product three months now and it says use for six months, so almost out, hoping to see a change by then
While it hasn't been a whole week since i started using it, i have noticed my skin looks plump and hydrated.

It's too early to tell if it's effective but it's a great price for the amount i'm getting and i get to smell lovely as an added bonus.

You should do glute exercises at least 3 days a week if you want this to work as it should

You’ll still see some results if you don’t but visible ones if you do

Start with 20 40 squats a day doing 5 10 at a time with a 30 sec break in between
