I initially had a 1 star rating but hours after i posted it customer service called and while there was no resolution to getting a fitting filter they offered me a full refund

They do not fit my brita or pur pitchers

At first it seemed that is would not fit my pitcher as there was no crosshair grid on the bottom to fit that on the pitcher
