Pros
The velcro strap is strong.
I feel like it's choking me, but i don't know how they would do things differently. Magnets get rid of pain and help your body heal itself, its truly remarkable. I find the magnets have really helped me with areas that give me pain/discomfort.
Cons
Magnets are far weaker than the ones on our fridge. This is not a product to buy if you need a stronger magnet. The bands are a terrible fit. The velcro on the interchangeable magnets are very small and don't hold very well.
