Love this formula, the original magtein. Best magnesium l-threonate product that i found in capsule form.

Sip on an 8 ounce water bottle with calm in it throughout the day. Partner seems to be experiencing greater mental clarity.

Sleep is very deep and i feel very rested upon waking. I wake up breathing so easy, it's amazing. I have severe neurological lyme disease, and this is one of the only supplements (out of literally thousands) that actually works!

Magnesium l-threonate crosses the blood-brain barrier, giving it quick access to the nervous system. It also protects the brain. It's one of the only supplements that has been clinically tested and verified as bioavailable.

Cons

Isn't all it's cracked up to be. There is this huge hyper about magtein working great, but i didn’t work at all. This is also so pricey i don't get it.
