I had not heard much about this form of magnesium until recently and i think it is a pretty uncommon form

I have not been taking it for that long but it does seem to be helping a bit more with sleep and mood for me than other forms have in the past

I normally take magnesium glycinate or citrate because these forms are more absorbable than the oxide form
