Pros

The product is as advertised, with no fillers - just straight magnesium glycinate powder. I have not experienced any harsh cramping or gastrointestinal pain like i have with magnesium citrate.

The powder is very fine and does not dissolve in anything i have tried. Never have any problems like dampness or clumping.


Cons

    This stuff does not dissolve in water and i personally dont want to pour it on my food despite the fact it has a clean sweet taste

    Some people just pour it in their mouths and chase it with water but its really hard to do without inhaling the powder through your nose or into the lungs

    Tipping it over and pouring it slowly trying to avoid a dust cloud didnt work as well as id hoped and i ended up breathing it in anyway
