Pros
It exceeds my expectation. The quality is good. It has a much better grip than what i used before.
These hold the curtain in place like a champ in a windy area. After removing them to wash the cover and replacing them they continue to hold well, even after 29mph winds. Got these to hang a banner behind the band with these and some bungee chords.
Clips with locking jaws are easy and fast to use to repair/retain aluminet shade cloth. The clip itself is awesome! These * are perfect so far. These clips are really easy to use and seem very durable.
Cons
I'm not sure what the clips are designed to attach to - they don't expand to be very wide. The supplier of the parts needs to completely redesign and properly engineer the parts. As usual, amazon makes it very easy to return them.

One of the clips did not turn well and was difficult to get the set screw to work the others were just what the doctor ordered and i will be ordering more for use

This screw tight clip is a great invention but the hooks that come with it broke off easily that i had to buy other hooks to work with it

The only thing a person should consider is how thick a material you are going to use it for double heavy canvastarp material will probably be too thick to get the clips on as they dont spread too wide single layer canvastarp material should work fine
