Ridges in the bottom of unit were hard to get small food items cleaned up

The machine only comes with two rigid plastic fruit leather trays and the company doesnt seem to sell more

This is unfortunate since fruit leather dries at a different temperature than other items so it makes sense to use all available racks if possible

Overall its a large appliance unless you use it frequently i wouldnt leave it out on the countertop you will need a large pantry to store while not in use
