One teabag per pot is all that is required. The filter is also really useful to steep your tea. The tea strainer comes in handy if you want to brew a pot of the same tea for everyone.

Would recommend to anyone looking for a infuser electric kettle. Honestly, this is all i expected and more from a product at this price point. My only concern is that it uses a lot of electricity.

The water boils fast enough (though some units at this price point boil a little faster), and it of course depends how full the carafe is.

Absolutely couldnt be happier. No issues at all. Only problem is the lid tends to stick sometimes.
