No matter how i try to use the and buttons it never moves by 1 degree at a time

When i first saw the product in amazon it showed metal trays to my surprise when i received the unit it had plastic rather flimsy trays which are difficult to clean

If i were to come with a con on it it would be about the timer it works great but no way to shut it off or lower the sound that i found

I filled all of the trays about 3 pounds of meat put it at the max temperature 158 degrees fahrenheit and leave it for 4 6 hours
