Pros

Recommended when i was diagnosed with lyme disease. I buy this for my sister a cancer patient who must have transfusions twice a week of magnesium until we found sr. I expect with the constant improvement this will replace the transfusion entirely.

These were prescribed by my mother's cardiologist as the best mag tabs. I take one pill everyday,it help me get my hot flashes under control and my migraine headache go away. The pill is big and 4 tab will provide the 100% rda of magnesium.

This is the only long acting form i could find. It releases over 12 hours. Competively priced. Always arrive on time, shipped well.
