I found it very hard to put the leg rest up at first but got used to it

But thats not what i wanted to review no matter how much you spend when things go wrong get damaged whatever you expect at the very least to get decent customer service during aftercare

I thought they might repair it maybe and weve had experience of this before even accuse us of damaging the chair ourselves and refuse to honour the warranty

I emailed them they replied immediately asking for a description of the defect and pictures i couldnt add pics using the amazon app and a week later my brand spanking replacement has just arrived

However retracting the footrest once it has been pulled out is not at all easy
