I dont love giving them to them in general because it seems like pouring syrup over white bread as a start to a morning for 2 young kids isnt wise but they are always asking for them

I have tried healthier versions like buckwheat pancakes and they dont taste good too dense not fluffy

It uses equal amounts of mix and water so we can quarter the recipe in order to only make 1 pancake for my toddler this is impossible to do with a mix that requires eggs
