They are very easy to communicate with
Apple replaced my screen free of charge so if you had the same problem bring it to apple authorised store asap with the case off
I might be able to file the sharp bits down a little without messing with the integrity of the product
Shipping
I was so happy when it finally came i can’t get over how nice it looks and shipping was supper easy i got it in a day
Competitiveness
I will add that it took a loooooong time to receive but i think that was because of covid19 and international shipping

Awesome case but the interference by the hinge between the upper and lower part of the case caused my 2019 macbook air screen to have lines in it from the constant tension on the hinge the way to avoid this to file the corners of the case by the hinge

The only issue i have is with the screen protector that came with it

It prevents dust crumbs lint or anything else from getting in the keys and it actually quiets the tapping sounds of typing

The front piece fit exactly but the keyboard cover was too big

The only thing is that in the picture it the keypad looks to be different colors but mine came in just blue
