Pros
It's maintained its sharpness over the last several months of light use. It's the sharpest knife i have ever had. Easy to maintain razor edge using steel hone.
This is the best paring knife i have ever used. For basic vegetable cutting this knife is tops. My wife cooks a lot and that means a lot of cutting and chopping.
Great weight, balance and shape. Well balanced. My wife loves this brand of knives as they are very sharp and cut really well.
Sharp and no flex. I feel like a professional using these knives, and will take care of them and likely pay to have them professionally sharpened.
Quality construction. High quality blade. Good seller. I have several mac knifes and the quality of all of them is excellent.
