Pros

The zwilling twin cermax m66 chefs knife is a great all-around knife. Makes veggie prep enjoyable. I own a half dozen chefs knives including wusthof, bob kramer, shun and the like.

The ergonomics are great, even for my large hands. It has a nice feel and a bit of heft to it. A bigger user might want more knuckle clearance.



Cons

Took a much, much cheaper knife from the drawer to cut the skin in preparation for composting. This knife is not sharp at all. And after trying to sharpen this knife, it is also a lot harder to sharpen. It’s losing its edge and dulling.

Knives for just a fraction of the price continue to be pointy. Looks like they will not allow a return and refund. Buyer beware. Buy or beware.

After a year and seven months it is littered with rust. When i took it out to use it today, small specks of rust are all over both sides of the blade. It gives off a toxic smell that clings to the hand.

Then the manufacturer disavows your knife, even if authenticated(! As far as i know, this is the first time it has been dropped. Littered with chips and no longer holding up. I wish i had used it daily from the beginning because it would have shown to...  Read More
