Pros
The edge is sharp, and so far, i can maintain sharpness just by using a steel every third or fourth use. They always come extremely sharp and thy are very durable. All you need is something to sharpen them every few months.

Mac consistently delivers with their knives. Meeting expectations wonderfully. The chef at my country club wants one!
Makes short work of dicing onions, cutting bell peppers, etc. Makes for effortless cutting. Narrow blade make it versatile as a paring knife and carving knife.
Cons
A knife that is impossible to sharpen is a bit useless.
