With the o rings, there was no leakage. Used two to reach some gutters above the garage door and to wash some house siding. They give you numerous extra rubber washers which i can see as helpful if they gets lost.

When using all the extension pieces, this extension wand flails around like an elephant trunk. The wobbly, heavily levered connector is going to wear out or downright break the female quick connector on my existing wand.

G vasoline and be careful not to pinch them when youre fitting the threaded ends together

Tightening the coupling will not fix a leak good orings make a pressure tight seal that does not depend on the tightness of joint

If it leaks the oring probably got nicked during assembly so use one of the conveniently supplied replacement orings
