I did not use the plastic they provide to waterproof the insulation because it was very thin and poorly cut so it didnt work as intended

This wasnt ordered to wrap pipes but rather as thermal insulation in a small space only 14 tall

When you put the heating wrap wire around the cold pipe the insulation goes over the heating wrap and then the plastic over the insulation
