Not viable for hydroponics or other growing unless you plan on putting all of them tightly together and about 1 away from the plants

The light output initially seemed okay however the truth came out in the plants

As a sole light source i do not believe these are adequate for growing however as a supplement or using for seedlings this would be a great choice
