The fabric of both pillow and connected hood is very soft. The memory foam is comfy. The pillow cover is soft and made of top notch material. It looks easy to wash but so far i haven't washes it yet.
It’s freaking awesome. Awesome, love it. Would highly recommend it. This is awesome.
Cons
Back part of the pillow props you up too much for you to put your head back when the seat is in recline position. The hood is also short i was expecting to be able to close it over my face and it barely covers my forehead.

The only other thing that i wasnt a huge fan of was the fact that the hood comes down so far on my forehead whether its cinched or not
