The stitch-work is amazing. I love this shikibuton, it is what i had hoped for in terms of firmness vs comfort. I am thoroughly impressed by the comfort.

I use this mattress for the back of my tacoma which has a 6 foot bed it fits almost perfect. Purchased this to lay on top of a jackknife sofa in our rv. This is really convenient, saves tons of space, and is great for those who need a firmer bed.

If none of this has deterred you yet, then i’d say the futon is worth a try. If you’re genuinely having some doubts after reading all of that, that’s good too. No regrets with this purchase.

Seller advertises this as 100% cotton. That is a lie, the filling is polyester which explains why the product costs so little. It is just like sleeping on a hardwood floor. Half of the advertised padding is quite a lot.
