Only drawback is that the lid is not insulated and so it gets pretty hot so when you want to take it off it can burn your fingers if you are not careful

There are no sharp edges and everything was wrapped carefully so they wouldnt break during shipping

The only disappointment is the quality is not as good as i wouldve liked with an air bubble in the bottom which has no impact on the mug and a small chip in the glass at the rim
