Pros

Light is bright and easy to install. New led is brighter and whiter making it significantly easier to read or do other fine work.

The device comes with either screws or a adhesive strip. Took me 10 minutes to stick up to underside of upper cabinet and attach an extension cord. The touch button is the only potential downfall for this light.

Bought some at lowes for $50+ea. A few from over 2 years ago. These are just shy of 1/2 so it was perfect. I'm hopeful it will last a long time.

This 36 inch fixture is ideal for full-width lighting. My wife has a curio cabinet that's 40 inches wide. This is perfect for my sewing desk.

Cons

It's a nice sleek design but it seems rather shoddily manufactured. The light cast by this unit has a yellow tinge rather then the led brightness. The button to turn it on is very sensitive but doesn't work all the time.
