Pros
I have slight incontinence if i should cough really hard, and these keep me dry and comfortable. The biggest plus is that i have endometriosis and so my flow is insanely heavy for a couple of days. They're a little pricey but so worth it.
Comfortable, way better than disposable. Machine washable and dryable. I rinse the one i wore at the end of the day, and air dry them. They take a long time to air dry, but are fine in the dryer.

This pad had no issues and despite wearing it for almost 12 hours it still didnt leak through or have any spill over
