Cons
The top ingredients are undesirable chemicals to be avoided if possible. That's what they do, unless you have very oily skin. Using a hack to fix what never should have happened in the first place with this concealer is a problem.
An ordinary eye cream or eye gel won't moisturize sufficiently. Pvp is a petrochemical that acts as the fixative and causes that dry, crepey, wrinkled finish.
