The rebecca i'm thankful to have found them and that they're available. This is with the luna. That's the only downside to them or else they'd be perfect. Thankful for this stuff.
Luna has almost eliminated my snoring according to my husband. This puts me gently to sleep and doesn't cause any strange dreams and i wake up rested. Since then have taken 1 about an hour before bed and slept well.
Luna's chewable tablets taste great, easily dissolve once you start chewing them, and help you get to sleep. Each tablet has 2mg of melatonin which seems like the perfect amount when you take the suggested serving size of 2 chewables. The berry flavor... Read More
Luna kids sleep aid really works. My almost 3yo is a reluctant sleeper. Luna kids has been the only thing that relaxes his thoughts enough to sleep!
Cons
Year-old has serious sleep issues, having difficulty settling down and waking up many times during the night. Not nearly as effective as the 5mg tablets i buy from costco - and for much less. Gave up after 12 capsules.
