Pros

Ordered 1 last month and was impressed. All hardware and end caps were included. The lumino instructions are clear and concise and the hardware works great!

This is to prevent potential binding when raising and lowering the blinds. We have very old metal mini blinds in our windows and needed to replace one because of that being the best window for our new 5g internet receiver.

Cons

Theses blinds are absolutely impossible to install. Took over an hour to install one and 40 minutes on the second one. Right out of box the pole to open and close the blind was stripped.

If you actually use them, the cord slices through slats at the bottom. Moved clips thinking the clip was interfering with mechanism but still clicks and will not close all the way. Will have to replace them with a different product.

After offering to return the defective ones i was told that was not necessary and they also paid return postage

For the money very well made great packaging good fit as ordered

Nervous at first before buying but once received and inspected was very happy with the quality packaging and instructions

I order two sets and it’s was packaged with extreme care… i was impressed

Product arrived with a small crack at the top but it’s angled enough where it cannot be seen after the install
