As you can see my teeth are quite crooked on bottom i was able to push and mold the mouth piece to each tooth but found that if i put a tiny dot of gel on my actual tooth instead of on the corresponding tooth indention on the mouth piece it was more effective see the bottom teeth that look more stained than the rest in pictures
