I often wake up feeling a bit exhausted in my head if that makes any sense. Not quite a real headache, but close to it. I usually just take it during the day because i've found that it gives me a bit of a boost.

Cons

I'm an experienced ld already and these didn't help. The choline mix in this is a bit low dose compared to the galantamine too.
