There is a slight active delay with headphones however i would only use headphones for playback

It was also not too hard to use considering most of the features knobwise can be found on this microphone as it is in the blue yeti microphone line

Had a cheapo 10 usb mic and got lots of comments about how bad it sounded

Really needed one with a mute button this one works as expected just wish the mute button light maybe had a different color when you press it rather than just blinking

It takes about a second after you hit it for it to start blinking so there is an initial pause where you have to get used to making sure it is muted versus the mute either bringing the light on or maybe being like yellow instead of red
