He had used the author in her capacity as an attorney for some estate work in his own family, and was very impressed with her expertise and grasp of elder law, which can be quite confusing.

The author helps the reader resolve financial dilemmas through on-point examples and short vignettes based upon situations she's encountered with past clients, and covers an incredible amount of relationship-related issues that, all too often, revolve around money.
