Pros
It's not quite as accurate but it's not too bad gaining about 30 seconds a day. Less exact than my rolex, but very acceptable. Costs less than having a rolex serviced.
On the wrist, both are just about spot on. The bracelet has a good feel and the clasp so far is holding up well. The case is 40mm and easy to size to your wrist.

Cons
Watch is not water resistant, cant even wash my hands without moisture getting inside the watch and getting foggy. Accuracy isn't great, and the luminous dots are worthless.
Very disappointing. That it false advertising by the manufacturer and seller. Stay away.
Not lined up properly and broke within 5 mins of setting the watch up. Keeps terrible time. Try to move the clock hands and the gear falls apart. Would like a response from amazon as to how to resolve this issue.

Much better to buy it from amazon at a higher price and be able to return it easily and get another one

But the orient xl is the same price on amazon as this watch and orient is a known and respected name in automatic watches

Some have noted it failed but if you confirm alignment before pushing the pin out you wont have that problem

That said the crystal is sapphire at least according to my diamond tester though the rear display back is not
