Pros
The strap is long. Took this snorkeling, kept cash, passports and credit cards nice and dry.
The waterproof inner bag is essentially a super heavy duty ziploc type of bag. Includes two heavy duty loksak bags to keep things dry. Comes with two heavy-duty ziploc style bags that could comfortably fit my keys, id, cell phone, and sunglasses.
Cons
Zipplog bag inside a cheap fanny pack. Not worth the price. Only thing that's water proof are the two zip lock bags inside. Very expensive ziploc bags.

The only issue i had was that part way through the snorkeling i saw that the zippered pouch became halfway unzipped but luckily nothing fell out

Took it to waterfalls to carry our money

I had also purchased a waterproof wallet with a lanyard but we didnt always want the guides and others to see money and credit cards

I wore this in the ocean on my trip to florida with my eye phone 6 plus money and credit cards and absolutely nothing got wet
